Soft ball seasons ends for Somerset with a 2-4 record

The New Road Knights concluded their softball season with a 2-4 record. All the games were highly competitive and Coach Ryan stated that, “The Knights team stood out because of its commitment. These kids worked hard and competed with Lord Sterling, Somerset Ed., East Mountain and Center School.” The Knights defeated Center School 11-7 and had 17 hits. They also defeated East Mountain 22-12 in a thrilling game in which the Knights had 22 hits.
